1. Service Fee Policy
SERVICE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Our service fees ($50 for flights, $25 for car rentals) are non-refundable under any circumstances including:
- Voluntary cancellation by the customer
- Flight/rental cancellation by the provider
- No-show or missed flights
- Change of travel plans
- Visa denial or travel restrictions
2. Flight Booking Refunds
Refunds for the actual flight ticket depend entirely on the airline's policies and fare conditions. Most discounted fares are non-refundable. Processing may take 8-12 weeks.
3. Cancellation Processing Fees

4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. BMJ International is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
